IFS AB was founded in 1983 and its headquarter is located in Linkoping, Sweden, and as June of 1997 has been listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange (XSSE: IFS).

IFS in Indonesia was officially established in 1997, after the acquisition of PT Versa Torron Sistekindo by IFS AB. In the beginning of April 2003, we underwent a successful organizational and financial restructuring, and currently operate under PT. IFS Solutions Indonesia (IFSSI). Total employee of IFSSI as of Dec 2007 is 50 peoples with more than 10 active business partners nationwide.

IFSSI office is at Mega Kuningan in the central of Jakarta where majority of our target market offices located. With office size of 600 m2, we have various facilities to support its business in day to day operation including Training Center for our Consultants, Business Partners and Customers.

IFSSI has made significant major contributions to the success of IFS in the Asia Pacific Region. PT. IFS Solutions Indonesia has been appointed as one of IFS Global R & D in the period of 1998-2001, and delivers IFS Applications to 21 countries around the world, including Austria, Brazil, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.
